Esta desde\u00f1osa pol\u00edtica maquiav\u00e9lica, caracter\u00edstica de su centenaria crueldad, dio lugar a la imposici\u00f3n de sanciones a los aliados de Cuba, dise\u00f1adas para obstaculizar y, por supuesto, para estrujar a Cuba con el af\u00e1n de someterla.
